athlete progress. We are determined in designing individualized programs

The VertiMax and the Flex Nimbo, both are low load-high velocity specific
trainers that focus on the reactive power which is the best way to increase

Brandon Thewes
Sports Performance Director


Brandon is
a recent graduate of Hiram
College, were he  major
ed in Sports
Administration and Exercise Sports
Science.
He was a student athletic trainer
for the Terrier Men's Basketball and
Baseball team


Brandon is nationally certified as a SAQ
trainer. (Speed, Agility, Quickness) He is a
certified Flex band Jump Stretch coach, a
Core Conditioning Specialist and Sports
Hypnosi
s and is a recognized Flex Nimbo
Trainer.
He is currently in process of
obtaining his CSCS through the NSCA and
also his Sports Performance Coach through
USA
-Weightlifting. He is also Impact and
ASEP certified through USA-Volleyball.


In his short stint as the Sports Performance
Director of Elite Sports, he has worked with
Amateur, Collegiate, High School, and
Middle School athletes in a wide variety of
sports. With his wide variety of training
techniques Brandon has enhanced vertical
test scores an average of three-inches, has
decreased forty-yard dash times by at
least six-tenths of a second and has
promoted flexibility to prevent and
rehabilitate from sports related accidents.  

Brandon’s vision is to provide in his native
community, a sports performance-training
program that gives local athletes an
opportunity to optimize both their individual
performance and respective teams.

With his infectious enthusiasm and fun
motivating environment he has already
taken many athletes to the next level.
