ESPT Performance Training
Brandon Thewes is the Volleyball Performance
Director for Elite Sports Ohio Volleyball Company. He
has developed a specialized strength, speed and
explosion program that is aimed to develop the
complete athlete. He uses the latest
techniques and is continually analyzing new training opportunities for athletes in any sport.
A private individual one hour training session will be based on your needs. Instruction for all ages and all skill levels available. All lessons can be scheduled with Brandon Thewes 330-494-2110.
In his tenure as our sports performance director he has worked with and developed over 1,000 NCAA Division I..NCAA Division II and Division III athletes in the sports of Volleyball, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Softball and Golf.
