Outside Hitter Academy

Rightside or Left side hitters who want to become an offensive and defensive court threat. Arm swing mechanics, hand positioning, engaging core muscles, receiving the serve and transitioning. Grades: 8-10th Date: June 5th Time: 12:30-3:30pm
Middle Hitter Academy

Intermediate Setters Camp
